Acez 3D Pic Cube is a screen saver that displays your pictures or images in a spinning 3D-picture cube. Here are the main features of this user-friendly freeware program.

Instructions

  1. Click the "Settings..." button if you would like to add your own images to the cube.
  2. All loaded images should be roughly 256 X 256 pixels in dimension. Any image larger or smaller will be stretched to fit those dimensions.
  3. This screen saver has 2 modes: Interactive and Screen Saver mode.
    Interactive Mode - If you would like to rotate and maneuver the cube to your liking, left-click and move the pointer in the desired direction over the cube.
    Screen Saver Mode - Screen Saver disables by moving mouse.
  4. To deactivate the screen saver in any mode, press any key on your keyboard.
  5. Most important... Have fun!
System Requirements

Microsoft DirectX 7.0 Or Greater Required
If you have encountered error messages while using the screen saver, you probably do not have the latest version of DirectX. This screen saver requires Microsoft DirectX 7.0 Or Greater. It's a free download. Click here for more information.

Microsoft VB6 Runtime files Required
If you have encountered missing dll errors or a missing "msvbvm60.dll" message while using the screen saver, you probably do not have the latest VB6 Runtime files. It's a free download. Click here for more information.

16 or 32 Bit Color Required
Acez 3D Pic Cube will not work correctly if your computer is set to 16 color, 256 color, or 24 bit. This Screen Saver will only work with your color setting set to 16 or 32 bit. Please follow the steps below if you would like to view your computer display settings and/or make changes to the palette.

  1. click the "Start" button (bottom left corner of screen)
  2. select "Settings"
  3. select "Control panel"
  4. double click the "Display" icon
  5. select "Settings" tab
  6. choose "High Color (16 bit)" as your Color palette
  7. reboot the computer

Where is Acez 3D Pic Cube Screen Saver?
Follow the steps below to load the screen saver
  1. click the "Start" button (bottom left corner of screen)
  2. select "Settings"
  3. select "Control panel"
  4. double click the "Display" icon
  5. select "Screen Saver" tab
  6. select "Acez 3D Pic Cube"
  7. click either "Preview" or "Settings"

Uninstall
Follow the steps below to uninstall Acez 3D Pic Cube Screen Saver!
  1. click the "Start" button (bottom left corner of screen)
  2. select "Settings"
  3. select "Control panel"
  4. double click the "Add/Remove Programs" icon
  5. select "Acez 3D Pic Cube Screen Saver"
  6. click Add/Remove

*Automatic Uninstall is recommended
Support

Start Page - If you would like to modify Internet Explorer's "Start Page" and have it default to something other than Acez.com, please follow the instructions below.
  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Select the "Tools" option (version 5.x and 6.x users) or "View" option (version 4.x users)
  3. Select "Internet Options..."
  4. Make sure that the "General" tab is selected
  5. Type in the web site you would like to make your homepage (start page)
  6. Click "Ok" to save changes
